"Luton airport is undergoing massive works so trying to find where meet and greet is is not easy if you don't know airport, many people collecting and dropping off cars at same place doesn't work and should be separated . "

"Arrival went very smoothly and we were very happy with that. The return journey was more fraught. Due to the late arrival of plane and luggage, and other planes landing at similar time it was hard to get through to the one number we had. When we got through we were quoted 20 minute wait but it was closer to 40. Due also to sheer numbers of us waiting for cars and work going on at car park space was limited and it wasn't great. Appreciate it wasn't easy for yourselves either. My immediate reaction was I wouldn't use service again but on reflection I would give you another chance to hopefully iron out issues. I felt sorry for your drivers who must have felt quite overwhelmed by how many of us were impatiently waiting for our vehicles. "

"Waste of money. Either just use the short term carpark which you have to walk to get your car or use one of the longer stay car parks and catch a bus. The car won't be waiting for you even if you phone them at the correct time and if it is raining you will get soaked while waiting. Won't be using this again at Luton."

"This service is awful on returning to luton waited forty minutes at 2 o'clock in morning with young children for car to be brought to us this is not what I class as a meet and greet service will not use again and will not recommend to anyone else "

"I have used other meet and greet service providers at other uk airports and I must say this was the worse one. Mild chaos was what we were met with both at drop off and collection. I understand working under the conditions that exist at Luton at the moment must be hard, but I don't think that can excuse the way things are handled. printed Instructions that contradict themselves, were we to receive a text on our flight landing, or were we to call, as it happened I don't think either would have made any difference. By the time our car had arrived back with us it was an hour and a half after landing. would I recommend your company again, i'm sorry to say, No."

"Drop of was quick and easy although it felt unprofessional due to the staff all running around shouting at each other and being told to "just dump it there mate". Pick up on the the other hand was a mess, I rang the number as instructed after claiming my baggage to be told the car should be along in 20 mins, after the 5 min walk to the pick up area where choas was in full swing I waited for another 35 mins for the car to turn up, once is turned down my radio to a less deafening level I'm not sure which odour was more over powering the smell of my clutch having burnt to within an inch of its life or the chronic body odour left by the cars temporary custodian. Over all I would not recommend!"

"I will be in touch to make a formal complaint as we waited one hour and 15 minutes in the rain/ thunderstorm and was constantly lied to as to the situation with our car. Even worse were the people with young children/babies in the same situation. I use Luton airport on a monthly basis and will NEVER use your company again. "

"Drop off of car was OK but delivery/ collection was a disaster. We stood in a freezing cold unsurfaced car park for over an hour before our car arrived. Therefore "meet & greet" service was not provided and we seek a 50% refund. Staff did their best but a number of cars appeared to have been delivered to the wrong location. A significant number of customers appeared to suffer the same inconvenience. The situation was exacerbated by the mismanaging of the parking area by Luton Airport - rough gravel surface, poor lighting, collection space far too cramped, chaos (we actually witnessed a minor collision due to extremely restricted space for manoeuvre). A sad situation."

"Pick up was smooth and without issues. On the other hand drop off was rather chaotic and it took a long time to hand over the car - not what you want when you have to go through a busy airport to get to your flight in time. There were a lot of people arriving at the same time to drop off their cars and there were simply not enough members of staff to be able to cope with it. In fairness they were doing as good a job as they could. The problem comes from not very good planning and underestimating how many people to have there helping at the peak time. Since everyone has to book it should be possible to predict numbers quite accurately (even if we discount those arriving late or early). All in all recommended, but bear in mind you should arrive to the airport with much more time to spare than you would normally do to deal with unexpected delays when leaving your car."

"Arrival very smooth our return was not as outlined in paperwork. Did not receive text as indicated. Phoned helpline on exit from baggage reclaim and had to wait 16 minutes when we got to meet & greet. Somewhat chaotic at this point which wasn't helped by all building work that no doubt contributed. Overall a good experience. Would/will use you again. "

"Fabulous service and excellent price. As we were flying so early with 3 children I wanted something easy!! Brilliantly organised, after calling ahead we simply arrived and met by the team who were super organised. Even with all the development work going on at Luton the process couldn't have been easier. Brilliant to just collect your bags and walk out to our waiting car.,"

"Very long wait on return. Luton short stay car park is disorganised and feels very unsafe due to the improvement works. I don't think it should be in use for meet and greet or any other reason. "
