"It was terrible, upon arrival nowhere to park in bay 11. Upon my return I had to wait 12 minutes in the car park for my car to arrive and then the driver parked it in a disabled space, then I got shouted at by someone more needy causing me embarrassment. Service should be renamed - Call, Wait Around and Collect from inappropriately parking bay! and why was I charged £5 exit fee when it states £3 on the documentation - recommendation should be for this to be included in the initial quotation. I use Meet & Greet a couple times a month and I am yet to find a solution for London Luton."

"Checking in process chaotic and poorly communicated. There needs to be much clearer communication between staff and customers on where to park. There need to be more spaces made available as there was confusion for other parking customers. I thought the process was meant to take the stress out of the process. Clearly didn't happen this time"

"Collecting the car and getting out of the carpark was a bit chaotic....other "meet and greet" car staff had to explain to me and others where our contact was, it was late, the flight was delayed, and then the jockeying to get out of the car-park was not what I needed at 1am in the morning"

"I did not like the fact that I was asked for £4 when I retrieved my car. That £4 should have been included in the price. Doing it this was was misleading about the overall cost of parking."

"Very handy and have used before. Unfortunately traffic at the airport on pickup meant it took nearly an hour to get the car after we phoned when we arrived back. Not their fault however they didn't keep us informed at all and lots of people were hanging around in the carpark waiting for vehicles. "

"On arrival we have called 15 minutes before. There was some misunderstanding in between person on the phone and person at the pick uk point. When we arrived we have called number on the card but no one was picking up. I tried different number and I was told that there is a traffic so I will be waiting more than usual. I would like to mention: - please sort out that £4 extra charge which I have to pay CASH at the collection - please make a luggage trolley awailable at the pick up point. - also please make a reminder SMS (text message) one day before with phone number which to call on the day of pick up. Thank you "

"Parking at Luton Airport is a disaster. We thought we would drop the car near the entrance but in fact we were directed to an unmade area a distance from the entrance. No trolleys were available so we had to organise 2 pieces of hold luggage plus hand luggage, a pram and buggy. Had we known this we would have parked in the short stay and got the bus to the entrance. Not the service we expected having had a great experience 2 months ago in Gatwick."

"Not very clear arrival process, had a long wait for car on return and staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. They weren't rude or anything just uninterested in their customers"

"Pick up took 40 minutes for car to arrive. Excuse was traffic trouble but always traffic issues at Luton so that should be taken into account as we provide arrival time so why not have cars ready in car park ! "
