"When booking originally I was sceptical as it was a great deal, much cheaper than us taking a taxi to the airport, and I have to say that everything went very smoothly and your staff were friendly and helpful.. Our flights were in the middle of the night but that made no difference. all in all 5* service and would definitely use again and recommend to our friends. "

"I had to change my flight and returned 2 days later than planned. The service I received was fantastic. I have used these on numerous occasions and would also go back to them."

"The service was not what we expected. It was chaotic when we arrived and dropped off our car as there seemed to be no organisation and so many customers in the same position. When we arrived to collect our car, we waited approximately 35 minutes even though we did phone beforehand (as suggested) when we were collecting our baggage in the terminal. Again it was a shambolic and unprofessional service and there were a large number of people waiting along with ourselves. Would not use the service again. "

"We did not receive a text on our rerun flight arrival as stated with contact details. When we called the provided call numbers one number I was asked to hold on answering the call and got cut off while waiting. Two other numbers where unavailable and finally called a number 0330 ? "

"We called and gave notice as requested but had to wait 50 mins for our car to arrive, some had been waiting even longer, a completely disorganised cockup. Will never use again and will certainly not recommend."

"Very poor service, we had to wait nearly an hour in the baking heat for our car to be returned to us. The staff were not helpful and didn't seem to have any organisation. Very disappointed. "

"Second time we've used this service, first time was flawless, second time was horrendous. The drop off was fine, turned up at Luton, gave them the keys, got the return slip, went on holiday. On return, the number on the card just rang and rang before going to a message where you couldn't leave voicemail. Finally got through on a different number and was told that because of heavy traffic, there would be a half hour wait for our car. When we arrived at the car park, it was to find about 40 other people also waiting for their cars. Luckily it was a dry night, so we waited in the cold for over an hour and a quarter before our car finally arrived. I must commend the young man who was manning the desk, he was friendly and pleasant despite getting some awful abuse from the other passengers - he deserved a medal! So, if we had booked in to long stay parking, we'd have paid less and been home an hour earlier, even taking in to account the bus trip to the car park. Guess what we're doing next time?"

"Despite the disruption of Luton's entrances and car parks being reorganised, the whole process went very smoothly and was much easier than getting a bus from a long-term car park. The staff were very helpful and friendly."
