"The service was not what we expected. It was chaotic when we arrived and dropped off our car as there seemed to be no organisation and so many customers in the same position. When we arrived to collect our car, we waited approximately 35 minutes even though we did phone beforehand (as suggested) when we were collecting our baggage in the terminal. Again it was a shambolic and unprofessional service and there were a large number of people waiting along with ourselves. Would not use the service again. "
