"On the whole very good in terms of cost helpfulness etc But Beware Luton is undergoing severe building works(April 2016) and as a result the simply park people moved their office by the time we returned from our trip. This means travelling with all your luggage over the very poorly gravelled car park almost impossible to wheel a suitcase over and as a family of four that can be a real pain "

"The drop off was smooth and a very nice member of staff....really friendly and sweet. The pick up was a disaster though. I was told to go to where I'd dropped off but apparently the location had changed so when I finally found someone to help me I then had to walk with all my luggage to a spot quite far away on rough ground. Unpleasant. It was freezing and I was stood in this spot on a field for 45 mins or more. Not how you want to end a trip where I still had a good three hour drive to Leeds left to do. My car was also filthy! The guys said apparently they are kept outside and there is a 'red mist" in Luton that settles on the cars (???!) not ideal! However, something extra odd was that a bump on the front of my car had gone (?!) The staff are all lovely and clearly the process is not really their fault but it does need to be smoother!"

"The process was seamless and I can't fault the pricing compared to leaving the car in airport car park. However it did seem that the car was kept quite a long way off site (mileage seemed significantly higher on return - though I didn't record mileage on leaving the car) Also - the website instructions for return process were different from those provided when we left the car"

"The arrival and departure was a bit chaotic. Although there was a system in place, the volume of people being processed at the same time require a bigger drop off/pick up area. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Fab service, booked and paid online, I called to advise my time of arrival when we were ten minutes from the terminal at Luton, and the driver was there to meet us. A five minute walk to the terminal from just inside the short stay car park. Our car was there on our arrival too, with no delay, very good service at a good price, thank you!"

"Waited over an hour in freezing cold weather to get my car back despite calling 40minutes in advance. Was just standing randomly in the middle of the car park, there was no waiting area or anywhere to sit. Would have been quicker to park offsite and get the bus. The staff were however very nice and to be fair I think there was a lot of traffic on the roads on the particular day so I'm not sure if there's really much they could have done"

"The park & fly is now too far from the Terminal, no good if you have lots of luggage to carry. I have heard it's cheaper to park at Luton station & the bus takes you right up to the Terminal. "

"Good service generally. Had to wait some time on arrival. Appreciate that this is down to traffic however would be handy to tell people to call when they have landed rather than after collecting baggage as the walk out of the airport is not long. This meant I was stood outside for a good 15 mins"
