"Couldn't have been a simpler process. Rang 15 minutes before arrival at Luton and the staff guided me into the short stay carpark over the phone, I gave them my key and barrier ticket and then it was just a 5 minute walk to the terminal. Upon my return I called them once I was through passport control and my car was waiting for me in the Meet and Greet section of the short stay carpark. Much better than parking in long stay and then having to take a bus with my luggage, and no more expensive. I was nervous that it might be too good to be true, but it worked perfectly for me and was a very efficient service. "

Secondly,I noticed the car had an additional 18 miles on the clock.Was the car parked that far away? I want to stress that I was still satisfied with the service,but if I don't raise these issues, you may not be aware of how to improve the quality of your service."

"Simply super saver was cheap but we didnt exactly have a good experience. On drop off it was difficult to find as it's easy to drive into the wrong zone at Luton's very makeshift, crowded and forever built upon airport short stay area. The pick up was the worst however. We made a phone call after we'd collected our luggage. We were told to follow the signs to 'Meet and Greet'. It was past midnight and cold and coming from a warm climate nobody was wearing enough layers for a wait in the cold wind, it turned out. We thought the meet and greet would be straightforward and quick. The Meet and Greet person on the phone didnt tell us the pick up zone had moved and that we were to look out for changed signs. Upon arrival in the dark to where we had dropped the car off we waited for 15 minutes, shivering together with another family with young children who apparently also were 'in the dark'. I rang the Simply mobile phone again but no one picked up. We were wearing long sleeved clothes but were opening our suitcases and scrambling for extra warm jumpers by now. My youngest child is currently in bed with a very bad cold / flu. The third time ringing the official said I 'should have followed the signs as the collection area had changed'. I wondered why no one ever told us it had changed when I first called. My husband now went to the new 'meet and greet place' which was behind pillons and make shift iron fencing. He drove the car up after 8 minutes to our shivering family, only to be blocked off by an angry airport official who told him he was on a 'footpath'???! (absolutely unclear!) and had to reverse out backwards. My husband pleaded to at least load his family and suitcases in the car. My teenager son had to help maneuver the car backwards between boulders and pillons, a nightmare. Part of it is no doubt due to the fact Luton is in constant building works and the short stay area looks a tip, but the Simply Super Saver people could have 1) informed us upon calling that there was a change 2) had an employee meeting us at the entrance of the area and guided us through. I would rather pay a bit more, or take a shuttle to mid stay to avoid that kind of trouble. We've done meets and greets before with other companies and then it was always very straightforward and convenient."
