"Checked in early in the morning was fine..collected car sunday afternoon..was chaos and had to wait 35 mins to get out car. Also it is a 5-10 min walk to terminal ..there are lots of building work going on at moment.. that prob doesn't help..start were helpful and car was fine."

"As instructed I called up 15 mins before I was ready to meet my car and was told it would be waiting for me. Arrived in the car park and waited a further 15 mins before I decided to call and chase. Lucky I did because I was told it hadn't left yet. Waited a further 15 mins for it to arrive. I was left waiting for over 30 mins in the freezing cold at 3am waiting for my car. Thank goodness I didn't have kids with me like some other people otherwise they could have gotten ill."

"Meet was fine but to be honest it's now just as easy to book in longer term & the bus drops off right outside the terminal. It's too far to walk with suitcases in the rain from the meet & greet. It took 50 minutes for my car to be delivered back on my arrival & I understand about the traffic but it will be like that or worse all summer. So my future journeys will be from Heathrow where the meet & greet is right outside the terminal. "

"This was my first time. Excellent will use again. The staff very very helpful, car parking horrendous due to works going on, but all considered, I will use every time I fly. "

"generally the service is great, takes a lot of hassle out of the journey, but the drop off and pick up area is a complete shambles and chaotic. the two areas should be separated, next to each other but separated. cars are arriving and stopping anywhere whilst people are trying to load their cars and get out, with families etc milling around in the way with suitcases left in the way also. the meet and greet companies should get together with Luton airport and sort this out pronto otherwise I think business will drop off I will probably use the service next time I go away but I am beginning to have my doubts - last time out was a lot of hassle and hanging around. "

"Finding the Meet and Greet location in the car park with the current building works is not the best. At other airports with meet and greet we are able to drop off and pick up the car from in front of the terminal and do not have to experience a 10 min walk over rough ground to the terminal"

"Luton Airport is an awful place to park as it always involves a ten minute walk in the open to get from the drop off area to the departure lounge. Simply Parking do the very best that they are able to with the constrictions."

"I was very unhappy with the service. The attendant did not even know my car had been brought and i waited 15 mins for nothing. When i exited i paid £4 to the man who gave me my car keys. He gave me a ticket which he said was prepaid. When i got to the barrier it asked me to pay £7.70. I could not reverse my car because there was a car behind me so i had no choice but to pay using my debit card! I would like a full refund, failing which i will be making a formal complaint."

"Was very happy with the quick, easy and friendly service. Couple of things though...my radio station had been changed. And one of my wing mirrors had been manually moved, so needed to fiddle a bit to get it working properly. Both things are not important to me, just mentioned because they may be to others. "
