"generally the service is great, takes a lot of hassle out of the journey, but the drop off and pick up area is a complete shambles and chaotic. the two areas should be separated, next to each other but separated. cars are arriving and stopping anywhere whilst people are trying to load their cars and get out, with families etc milling around in the way with suitcases left in the way also. the meet and greet companies should get together with Luton airport and sort this out pronto otherwise I think business will drop off I will probably use the service next time I go away but I am beginning to have my doubts - last time out was a lot of hassle and hanging around.
