"Overall I was pleased, but I have a couple of comments to make: Firstly,we had to wait 3 minutes in the rain before our car arrived. Secondly,I noticed the car had an additional 18 miles on the clock.Was the car parked that far away? I want to stress that I was still satisfied with the service,but if I don't raise these issues, you may not be aware of how to improve the quality of your service."
