A QUICK PHONE CALL BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT AND THEY MEET YOU THERE, UPON OUR RETURN WE CALL THEM AFTER COLLECTION OF CASES AND THEY ARE THERE AGAIN ALTHOUGH THIS TIME WE HAD TO WAIT FOR AROUND 15/20 MINUTES. "

"It took nearly half an hour for the car to be delivered back to us upon our return. As instructed we waited until we had cleared passport control before calling (we only had hand luggage only). The staff are helpful and friendly but it is apparent you were short staffed. Next time I would pay the small amount extra to either leave the car parked in the short term car park or the premium to use the valet parking service where the car is waiting for me upon my return."
