"Our only problem was on the pick up, we got there a bit earlier than planned. Waited on the 5th floor for about 30-40 mins it was only when another gentleman who was waiting made a phone call and we heard him say about going to 4th floor that we wondered if we should ring again, it was then we were told we should go to the 4th floor. Perhaps it should be mentioned to customers if the weather bad to go to the 4th floor then we would know what we should do. Other than that everything was good. On return the car was there waiting for us which is always a plus as we were able to get on our way quickly. Very impressed. Thank you. "

"It was great, and I had no problems dropping the car off before the holiday. It was very straight forward. However, on the return when picking up the car, we have to wait over 25 minutes (on top of the 15 minutes suggested to walk to the car park). As our flight was delayed and it was 3:30am, i expected my car to have arrived sooner."
