"Drop off was simple and quick despite our late arrival due to an accident on the M25. The person collecting our car said that they are only 5 minutes drive away so it was important to only ring them after we had collected our luggage when we returned. The return flight was then delayed by half an hour and for some reason had to park at the South Terminal. We called as requested after luggage pick up and were told that they would bring the car to the North Terminal (where we dropped off) but it would take 20 minutes. It actually took nearer half an hour which at 12.30am facing a hour+ drive home was not appreciated."

"Departure was a tad fraught after an hour long snarl up on the M25. Made it to the car park @2 pm, flight @3, so I was stamping the ground impatiently until your folk arrived. Still, all's well, etc, and I managed to make my flight. Return was impeccable, was at orange car park level 5 for less than 5' when my car arrived -looking very happy to be reunited with me, of course. I will not hesitate in recommending you, and will most definitely use you again."

"When I recieve the car was not in good condition on my way back the tyre was puncture on motorway so god knows where they taken my car looks like it's not been on road clean car park and it arrived late in airport so waited half hour. And that could be a reason as they tried to fill the air on tyre as it was slow puncture. And also my car brakes now make noise. "
