"Was very pleased with the whole experience . Value for money. Easier than parking up and getting a shuttle bus. Friendly staff with a smile to meet you on arrival and return. "Absolutely disgusted. Arrived to pick up my car and noticed a big scratch on it that wasn't there when I dropped it off. The driver then REFUSED to give me the keys to my car until I'd signed the slip to say I was satisfied the car was returned to me in its original state! I reluctantly signed but made damn sure he knew I wasn't happy. Took a photo and will be contacting these people!"

"The drop off was straightforward with the driver waiting in the car park when we arrived.the pick up was just as efficient,we called the company as instructed after collecting our luggage and when we got to the car park our car was already there waiting for us,would definitely use this company again."

"I was very impressed with the Simplypark service from Gatwick. The member of staff was a little slow to acknowledge me when I first arrived at Gatwick but apart from that it all went very smoothly. On my return, as I only had hand luggage, I call as I exited the plane and the car we there was in the car park when I arrived. I would highly recommend this service."

"Absolutely brilliant service. I've used others before, drop off point was a far walk from the airport. This was perfect. 1 minute walk, friendly and quick drop off. I wasn't left waiting around. They even dropped our car back to us at south terminal rather than north as there was a change with our flight. Will defiantly be using again in October. Can't fault them. "
