Found the information given by the operator on the phone a bit confusing as he seemed to indicate that an exit fee would be payable but it wasn’t clear why - flight was 2 hours delayed. But in fact there wasn’t a fee - which has never been charged before and I am a regular customer. "

"Your service at Gatwick is fantastic! Our car was processed so quickly, coming in and going out. While friends had to make their way to the South terminal to collect their car after landing in the North, one call had our car waiting for us as we walked to the North terminal carpark. I think the staff also must have vacuumed our car interior, because it was much cleaner than when we left it! We use Simply Park every time we fly out of Gatwick."
