"Wow wow wow! Such a brilliant service. So easy and great helpful staff. Everything went like clockwork. Couldn’t believe the price when I booked it and thought to myself, it’s too good to be hitch free! I couldn’t have been more wrong. To have my car right there waiting (on my return) as I walked into the allocated parking area (right opposite the terminal) was truly amazing. I can’t praise this service highly enough and will never use taxis or the train for Gatwick flights ever again. 100% top marks from me. Thank you "

"Very straightforward service with no waiting around. Pedestrian directions, too. T2 orange car park L1, could be better though!"

"I always think these meet and greet are the same. You pay your money, call them up when you’re nearby, struggle to understand them and then hang around for 30 mins looking for them. Then in the way home it’s the same but worse and you spend an hour waiting for them to bring you car. Thai didn’t happen. Car was ready on arrival home and it can only have been 10 minutes for them to been it. Super friendly and nice. Basically amazing."
