"Drop off efficient. Pick up very easy. We had our flight diverted from Gatwick to Luton and were not able to pick our car up at the arranged time of 17.00. We eventually got back to Gatwick at 22.30 to pick our car up but this was absolutely no problem. Your staff member was very polite and friendly saying it was not a problem picking our car up late, they were more worried about the inconvenience we had experienced. Will definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks. "

"Very easy process to book on line. On day to leave my car at meet and greet all instructions were precise. Phoned 20 mins before arrived, instructions where to park and who to look out for easy. Left car feeling quite happy about the process. Our flight back was delayed but it posed no problem to the meet and greet staff. Phoned them when collected luggage, went to car park and had to wait 6 mins for my car. All very good service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company. "

"Excellent service provided by the Simply Park & Fly staff. The call staff were friendly providing all the information upon drop-off of our car. The staff upon drop-off & collection were both friendly & patient whilst we organised our luggage. Once we collected bits of luggage on arrival the call staff were again friendly providing all the pick-up instructions.
