A QUICK PHONE CALL BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT AND THEY MEET YOU THERE, UPON OUR RETURN WE CALL THEM AFTER COLLECTION OF CASES AND THEY ARE THERE AGAIN ALTHOUGH THIS TIME WE HAD TO WAIT FOR AROUND 15/20 MINUTES.
