"It took nearly half an hour for the car to be delivered back to us upon our return. As instructed we waited until we had cleared passport control before calling (we only had hand luggage only). The staff are helpful and friendly but it is apparent you were short staffed. Next time I would pay the small amount extra to either leave the car parked in the short term car park or the premium to use the valet parking service where the car is waiting for me upon my return."

"The gentlemen who picked up my car and dropped it back off again were incredible polite and helpful. However, the man (I cannot call him as gentle man as he was so rude) who I spoke to on the phone when I dropped my car off and when I rang to say I was back at gatwick after a flight was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. He's tone made me feel as so small and stupid, something which is not needed at all - luckily his collegues made the whole process a bit more bearable. He attitude and the way he spoke to me on both occasions was disgusting. "
