"We called 20 mins before arrival at fat wick south. And on arrival no one to greet us. I called again car finally got collected 35 minutes after first call. On our return I called after collecting our luggage I was told our car will be ready by time we got to car park . No car at car park, I waited 20 mins before calling again to ask where car was . I had a very rude Asian man tell me that it takes 25 mins together to car park . I told him I had already waited 25 mins. He said it shouldn't be long. I said I wasn't impressed with the service as its meant to be meet and greet . So why was I having to wait . He rudely told me that's why it was cheap and hung up on me. I waited a further 10 mins before calling again to be told the car will arrive soon. I said that I was disgusted with my previous call to them and how I was treated and he said he had only just come on shift . My car arrived 5 minutes after 3rd call. So 50 minute wait. Then as we drove off I got my daughter to check mileage used and they had driven my car 110 miles . No impressed"
