"We had difficulty getting into car park. Had we known there was only one car park it would have been easier instead of us looking for a sign with 'car park 5' on our approach. As it was, we went round 3 times before we got into the correct lane to go into car park. I think you should say in your literature that there is only one car park and that this is in fact car park 5. Apart from that everything good."
