"We flew from Gatwick on 31/5/16. Easy to follow directions to the drop off point. We forgot to call before we arrived at airport (as per instructions) however they sorted things out very quickly. On return we called after we had collected our luggage and 15 minutes later were met at the collection point with our car by a very helpful gentleman. Very easy process, value for money and helpful friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this company."

"The whole process was fine although had to wait a little longer than I thought for the car to be returned. Also wherever the car had been parked is obviously in a car park that was rather muddy and the car had pigeon poo in several places. Apart from this it was fine and would use it again."

"Flight landed at other terminal - had to wait nearly 50 minutes from phoning .Would have been useful to know if it would have been quicker to take the monorail to collect from original terminal"

"The system worked extremely well from start to finish, if I have any negative thing to say was that the staff at the pick up point seemed a little shambolic and I was a little nervous about leaving my car with them, but all was well and my car was returned in the same condition that it was when I left it."

"On arrival I waited in the car park and couldn't find the represeentative to pick up the car. I was advised to wait in a prominent place - no one approached me and I had to chase round the car park to find the representative in the orange jacket. On return I phoned at 01.01am and finally collected the car at 01.38am. ( I was told you were very busy - however this was no consollation at 1.38am in the morning to me) I use valet parking all the time at Gatwick and this was poor service in comparison with other companies.
