"It worked well , but on arrival to the airport we was asked to ring 20 minutes before arriving at the terminal which we did , no answer , we rung at least 10 times still no answer !! We got through as we entered the car park and had to wait 15 mins for the guy to pick the car up !! He should of been there on arrival so we don't have to wait !! On return journey it was fine and worked well "

"I found some confusion in the instructions given, written ones stated "go to the top floor" whilst all verbal ones indicated the 4th floor. This may be so that your staff were not out in the rain. I think that some notice or board indicating the drop off/meet point could be displayed in the car park and that this would be helpful,appreciating that it is airport owned this may be difficult but several parking companies were using this (presumably with consent) and confusion amongst those people collecting their cars was evident. Overall quite satisfied with service"
