They did exactly what they advertised - met us at the airport, checked the car over, we got to travel knowing our car would be there when we returned and it made traveling with 2 infants so much smoother than taking a bus from a parking lot - and so much cheaper than competing companies that offer similar services. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting an easy travel experience. The one star was lost because on arrival the phone number I had to ring was busy multiple times and then rang out so I got a little nervous...but I just kept ringing and eventually someone picked up and all was fine :) "

"I am extremely impressed with the service we received, they were extremely friendly and I really liked the way that photos were taken of our car before we left, the gentleman who picked up the car on our departure day at the Airport was really polite and friendly and he really put our minds at rest. The lady who returned our car, was also very polite and friendly and we are really impressed of the whole process.
