"I am extremely impressed with the service we received, they were extremely friendly and I really liked the way that photos were taken of our car before we left, the gentleman who picked up the car on our departure day at the Airport was really polite and friendly and he really put our minds at rest. The lady who returned our car, was also very polite and friendly and we are really impressed of the whole process. I work for a local authority in Thanet whom have around 600-700 staff, and I have now posted a notice on our staff internet, advising them all of the Professional Service you provide that is not unaffordable. We both would like to thank you all and we will be definitely be using your services again."

"The staff were easy to find and efficient all went according to plan. However on our return to our car I opened the tail lift door (V70) to see my holdall, packed with (fairly heavy items, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, several high vizz jackets) repositioned at the start of the load area together with a body warmer and a barbour jacket. not at the far end directly behind the rear seat. This area was where our suite cases were before removing them for travel. The only way these items could have been moved is if someone hade gone through them or more likely, extremely hard acceleration moving them across the floor of the load area. "
