"Couldn't be simpler, call up 20 mins before arrival at airport and there is a rep to meet you at the short stay car park. Hand over your keys and you only have a short walk to departures. On arrival just call after you have reclaimed baggage and make your way to the short stay car park. We waited less than a minute for our car to arrive. Highly recommend service. "

"Arrival process was very bad. No driver appeared for 35 minutes after the 20 minute phone call. Then it was realised that no driver had our details. So had to be processed manually. Return process was the opposite...very smooth, and the car was there when we emerged from the terminal."

"When arriving to park, all OK. On return, we followed instructions and rang AFTER we had claimed our baggage. When we got to car park, we had to wait a further twenty minutes for car to be returned to us. This is not acceptable and NOT what we paid for. We expected our car to be waiting for us on our return to the car park."
