"I found some confusion in the instructions given, written ones stated "go to the top floor" whilst all verbal ones indicated the 4th floor. This may be so that your staff were not out in the rain. I think that some notice or board indicating the drop off/meet point could be displayed in the car park and that this would be helpful,appreciating that it is airport owned this may be difficult but several parking companies were using this (presumably with consent) and confusion amongst those people collecting their cars was evident. Overall quite satisfied with service"

"A simple to use and efficient system. I was slightly put out that I was obliged to call on the day to confirm my booking but this was dealt with and only caused a minor delay. The return was prompt and no problem. Overall, a good experience. Thank you."

I extend it the parking by two days and the system charged me £90 extra which I thought was a rip off but then one of there staff called me a few minutes later to a say that it was not right and they refunded me £70 without me even calling them ! "Your driver entered the car park like it was a racetrack. Knowing I was there waiting, how does he drive when I am not there. I had to pay the exit fee if £3.50 because his card didn't work and he had no money. This means I have paid twice. There was a delay in returning the vehicle but I think I was due at 8.30 not 7.30."
