"The drop off process was nice and straight forward, however pick up was a different story as our flight was delayed by 3 hours taking us into the following day and they tried to charge us £10 for being late!!! Less than impressed with this as couldn't find any of this information in the terms and conditions!! Refused to pay the fine! "

" arrival process was absolutely fine. The departure process was not as good when returning to the car park. We phoned the tel number as requested when we collected our luggage. We had to wait a good 25 minutes on level 4 before our car arrived. "

"The Company did what we paid for, promptly and efficiently. Only slight downside was difficulty of talking "mobile to mobile", especially in a noisy airport or on the M25. Their use of a landline for contact might be preferable."
