"On arrival we were waiting over 20 minutes to hand the car keys in. Once the driver arrived and we still obviously waiting, he dealt with another couple who literally just arrived and were half out there car!! We were left waiting further 5 minutes and I was left then with no choice but to say that we had been waiting for a long time now. No apology was given. "
