"Called as requested 20 mins prior to arrival, waited an additional 25 minutes and took several calls to find out where our collection person was. There appeared to be some confusion over whether we were arranging a collection or drop off. BUT the gentleman who eventually arrived was delightful, friendly apologetic and so happy we found we couldn't be angry. However, on return we called and were told 15 + minutes. We were called about 5 minutes later to say they were waiting with our car, we walked as quick as we could to the car park dealing with a rush for the lifts etc. The lady was surly and very unfriendly! Not a nice reception at all. The return service has put us off completely from using Simply park again. Such a shame that staff can make two extreme differences."

"ON the return trip we had to await over 20 minutes after calling your control office from the number provided. We must have called them 3 times to chase to get a response that someone is leaving to drop the car and more then 30 minutes wait.. "
