"Very straightforward, we were met by a driver within 5 minutes of arrival. When collecting our car, we phoned after collecting our baggage, as instructed and told to proceed to a parking area. We waited there for approximately 20 minutes until someone approached us with our car keys, they had been there all the time! As there were many meet and greet people milling around it would have been more helpful if we were given clearer instructions or the driver being more visible. However good service overall."
