"Excellent service. The arrival process at Gatwick was easy and using the Meet and Greet service made handing over the car straight forward. On return there was a short wait until the car was brought to us. I would thoroughly recommend the service and will be using it again as it was very good value for the money and saved time over using the Park and Ride."

"As a disabled driver this is the easiest way for parking. For the last 40 years I have parked at APH, my mobility is getting worse this option is much better for me. Drop off and pick up is easy, my only negativity the staff all seem to be miserable not very friendly. We travel at least twice a year, already booked holiday October, will be using the service again. "

"This was perfect in every way. The staff were very polite and helpful. I had to change my arrival time which was no problem at all and I got a call from the drop off team as I was getting the cases off the conveyer belt saying the car was ready which took any worries away. "Only 2 slight negatives: 1. Having to phone 20 minutes before dropping off is inconvenient. 2. I called , as instructed before collecting my car. Unfortunately the airport was noisy and your staff member’s accent was difficult to understand. I thought he was repeatedly asking for my flight number but after a confusing and frustrating few minutes, l realised he must have been saying “plate number”. It would have been much easier if he had said “car registration number” instead."
