The only glitch was on my return - I tried to call from the baggage reclaim hall to say I had landed and was on my way out, but the phone was engaged and then unanswered. I was actually at the collection place before I got through. The car arrived within 10 mins though."

"Car drop off was really easy and seemless. Pick up, flight was on time. We called the number requested once we were through passport control as we only had cabin luggage and walked straight to car pick up area. It took 25-30minutes to arrive. When booking we gave 5pm as pick up time, but car didnt arrive til just before 5.30. It was frustrating to wait half hour with 2 kids after a long day travelling."
