"LG Parking Gatwick meet and greet service were exceptional without a doubt. I've used other meet and greet providers at Gatwick and Heathrow and the service was the best to date. We had a 5am Sunday departure and yet there was a representative waiting to collect our vehicle on arrival at Gatwick. The return collection was just as professional as our car was waiting for us when we reached the car park. The car had also been given a wash which was a welcome bonus and as the price included entry and exit charges we headed home sooner than anticipated. The staff were also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend LG Parking Gatwick and will be using them again on our next overseas trip."

"All use this meet & greet. So easy. Phone when nearby. Car park 5 . North terminal. Staff waiting . Keys handed over. My case taken out of boot. Goodbye. Walk over to lift.. up to check in. Return.. phone when got luggage. Back down to car park 5. 5-10 mins, car bag.. bag put back in boot for me. Very polite chatty gentlemen. Ticket taken for exit. Off I drive!! So easy. I’m old so for me wonderful. Thank you."

"Booked several weeks in advance of our trip, when I called at 4am to say we were 29mins away as per the instructions I was told they didn’t have a booking under my name or car registration, adamant, even though I have the booking confirmation in my hand. We arrived and they wrote us a manual ticket and said we may have to pay again. N arrival back to Gatwick we phoned as we were walking off the plane and they said the car would be back in 15mins, it was nearly 30mins we were waiting, I wouldn’t say it was ‘meet and greet’ I’ve used other meet and greet companies at Gatwick which were better, I probably wouldn’t rush to use this company again due to the added worry to our journey"
