"I don't usually give 5 stars for products and services, but on this occasion, I think it's warranted. When flying, I always choose the Meet and Greet service and I've had some bad experiences. However, last Thursday, my drop off went like clockwork. Unfortunately, my return flight back to Gatwick was cancelled and the airline involved booked me onto the flight to Heathrow. A variety of factors resulted in accepting this tradeoff. When I rang the Meet & Greet company, they suggested I informed them when the bus from Heathrow was about 15 minutes away from Gatwick. This I did and I arrived in the car park just a few minutes before my car. No extra fees were due because of my late arrival and the ticket was already paid for when handed to me. This was the one element of my return trip that went well. No fuss, just a simple and efficient service. Top marks!!! "
