"If you are asked to call before arriving then I expect someone to be there waiting. I also don’t like the call when you’ve got your luggage, you have the flight details and the times of arrival yet you still keep the customer waiting for their car"
"Good overall.... process is straight forward enough however staff although not specifically rude can learn what customer service should be from their American counterparts (though this may be a cultural issue more generally). Also whilst dropping off is quick and easy, picking up your car on return means a minimum of 25-30 mins waiting (even if you call before your luggage arrives) and this depends on how busy they are at that time (I have had to wait for almost an hour in the freezing cold with young kids) so this part could definitely be improved and better organised."
"Really good service. Chap on the phone who I spoke to 20 minutes before arrival was hard to understand and not very cheerful but it was around 5AM so he can be forgiven! Person that greeted us at the airport was great, as was the person who returned our car. Completely hassle free, no waiting around, would defo recommend and use again."
