"The cost was exceptional and will use again at that level. Drop off and pick up worked a charm and we were on our way home in no more than 50 mins after we landed (thanks to passport control and baggage collection timeliness) The only thing that was a disappointment was the “no response” to my emails whilst I was away on the security of my car. The remote access to my car kept giving me notifications that the car was unlocked with a window down. I had no idea if it was just an error or the car was in fact unlocked etc. Twice I asked and never got resolution. "

"Good service and good value. My only compliant is that it needs to be clearer how you manage/look after an electric car. Ours was driven to Kent and back leaving us with no charge when we came back to the car from our holiday. This meant we spent over half an hour charging it at Gatwick airport before we could drive home - this would most definitely put us off using you again....."
