"There was a minor issue this time. I knew I would be returning around 2 AM on Sunday, so I left a USB cable behind to charge my phone, which I knew would be out of battery. Well, the cable was no longer there (in the storage compartment). Now, I’m well aware the cable wasn't stolen; it’s highly likely someone used it for an emergency and then forgot to put it back. It’s not the value of the USB cable that’s the problem, of course, but the fact that I couldn't use my phone that evening. The second point concerns LG Parking. I am a regular customer—I book with you about four or five times a year, sometimes for stays of up to 20 days—and I’ve been so satisfied that I book directly with you without even comparing prices with competitors. I wonder if it might be worth offering a discount to loyal customers; it would be a great way to build customer loyalty."
