"Arrival process was smooth, although there is a decent walk between the short term car park and terminal at Luton compared to other airports. Return / pick-up seemed quite disorganised and we had quite a long wait before our car arrived, despite calling at the baggage carousel as requested. Wait was in open air so we were lucky it was good weather. "
