"The price was very good but at 2am the service seemed a little erratic!! Someone did answer the phone when rung but there did not seem to be enough staff available on the night shift!! QWhen we arrived back in the UK the car was ready and waiting although the driver had obviously had the music and heating on full blast!! All in all good vale for money but a little more customer service wouldn't go amiss!!"

"I was very disappointed with this service every other meet and greet i have used meets you at a drop off /pick up zone just outside arrivals departures this took ages to drop off picking up was slightly quicker but was still a long way from arrivals areas I know the airport has building works but this was not stated at the time of booking the drop off would have been easier to have parked and got a bus to departures"

"Confusing once in the short term car park in Luton, no proper signage as to where to go.No car inspection on arrival , all a bit disorganised. On arrival according to the instruction , I was suppose to receive a text ,no text on arrival telling me where to go. I dialled the given numbers , one did not answer , the second one answered and I was told where to go. It seems many companies running the same sort of service From the same point. I also needed a wheelchair but there was any available. It would be good to keep a few handy by the lifts."

"My arrival was far earlier than anticipated but after a telephone call to the company they still arranged for someone to meet me. Collection was so easy, I was treated extremely politely and the bags of myself and friends were loaded for us. I cannot fault this company and will certainly use them again."
