"Arrival procedure was great, staff were friendly and handover seamless. On returning we had to wait for five or ten minutes but staff were friendly and handover again was prompt. Maybe best to call when landing rather than once baggage has been collected."

Despite the construction chaos in the car park we were met and dealt with by staff showing professionalism and politeness, even faulty car park machines (on our return) did not deter the attendants from giving an excellent service."
