"poorly sighted check in, no way to I.D staff, left hanging around at bay 11, asked a lot of staff no one knew check in man who was sitting by a brolly. he was off handed when suggested that if he had a sign on desk of hi vis with name on would help. On return again staff off handed, called up told 15-20 mins, but at least 40 mins due to event in Luton this information could have been given when I called up, car park a real mess, not impressed would not use again"

"I was nervous when I read the previous reviews but We had no problems they were there to meet us on departure and return, no waiting at all, looked after the car, pleasant staff, papetwork fine. I shall use them again evert time I fly from Luton, much cheaper than a taxi and better than all the faffing about getting a bus and parking miles away."
