"This is a great service and personally I think it is good value for money and takes away the stress at the start and end of your trip. I've used the service a few times and always found it to be efficient and convenient. This last Sunday I had to wait in the car park lot for over 20 minutes for my car to arrive despite calling once I had passed through passport control. There seemed to be very heavy traffic coming into Luton airport which slowed up the process. Upon arrival a week ago we had to sit in traffic for nearly 15mins getting to the car park. Congestion at Luton seems to be getting worse...."
