"Arrival OK. Pick up told would have to wait 20 minutes car arrived 10 minutes after this time estimate. To me meet and greet implies that the car would be delivered far quicker than this. Also have emailed customer care re a small dink in the passenger door. I am yet to recieve any sort of reply."
