"changed return flight and amended pick up times over phone with parking time. new confirmation sent with new flight times, one day earlier. on arrival, called as instructed to be told there had been a mix up and our car had been taken back to the compound in error. The up to 25minute wait, became 1hr 20minute wait from the time we called them. Not good and now seeking compensation! Please contact me."

"Very good price. Driver arrived a minute after we arrived at Heathrow, 2 minutes later we were off for our flight. Called when we arrived back after picking up our luggage and car arrived within 10 minutes. Could not have been happier with the service. "

"Unfortunately, upon getting the car back, two warning lights appeared on the dash. These were not on when we left the car in their care. After a red-eye flight from the US, I had to go to the dealer for diagnostics to discover that the hybrid battery had died and would cost £1-2k to replace. The mechanics stated that while this could have happened anyway; it also could have come about by the car being left improperly and needing to be jumpstarted, or even excessively poor driving. It's hard to say whether or not this would have happened to us had we not left the car with them, but it definitely happened while with them, and I won't take the chance to park with them again as it was an exceedingly expensive mistake. "

"We were met promptly on arrival and the process took about 2 minutes. On pickup the driver was really flexible as he needed to bring the car to a different terminal - again handover only took a few minutes. Excellent service."

"I was contacted by the parking company 30 minutes before we were due to arrive to say that they had checked my car and there was no valid MOT. I explained that it had been done the previous month, but they would not take it, despite a call from the garage who did it. I understand why you make the check, but if it had been done just an hour earlier there would have been time to resolve the issue. I asked for a refund, but I was told no, despite the fact that you cancelled the booking, not me. I urge you to reconsider."
