"We have used meet and greet services at different airports on many occasions and we recommend the service to all our family and friends as they are generally very efficient. Unfortunately this particular provider was not up to scratch. The drop off service was what let it down. We phoned when we were about 10 minutes away from the airport terminal and were told that it would be about twenty minutes before someone would pick the car up. They eventually arrived forty minutes later after our initial call, despite us chasing them four times. No excuse was given when the driver eventually turned up. Our drop off time was 6am and hence heavy traffic was not an issue. As we were flying to a hot country we did not have thick jumpers or coats with us and wee were frozen by the time we got into the terminal building. We were helped by the drivers of the other meet and greet companies as they watched our bags whilst wee went back to our car to keep warm. The pick up was completely different, we phoned after getting our bags and the car was waiting for us by the time to got to the pick up point. The car was not and warm, the driver pleasant and wee were on our way within five minutes. Overall a very mixed experience."

"We found it difficult to hear the telephonist when calling in advance of our arrival and we therefore went to the parking place directed on the paperwork and then had to pay the £3.50 to get oput and go to the passenger drop-off point to meet your representative. Otherwise the service was excellent in every way."

"A delay in the meeting for both outward and incoming flights of about 5 & 10 minutes Better than others but it is better for you to tell us a realistic meeting time and keep to it rather than have us waiting in the cold Better service than somothers that we have tried Will use you again"

"They were very much on the ball ( they seem to appear from nowhere !!! ). I waited no time at all on departure and the slight delay on return was caused by my not having my phone switched on. They had been trying to contact me as they were aware my flight had arrived early. I will certainly use them again."

"Drop off was on time, very friendly, helpful driver. When we rang on the return we were told they couldn't open the car, key fob was flat. As Freelander drivers know the fob is charged by the ignition and after a month parked the fob was flat. I had a spare key fob with me, driver came to Heathrow, collected us and all our luggage and took us back to the car. My key fob was flat also, couldn't unlock the door. Was on the point of calling the AA when the driver was searching on his phone and came up with the answer from an internet search. Opened the car in a way I didn't know that you could . Only had the car 3 months and had not been given that info when I bought it. All in all I couldn't fault the service and the drivers were very polite, friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this company and will definitely use them again."
