"I was running late so the driver met me at departure, allowing me to check in promptly l, saving me from missing my flight. Very pleasant driver and my car ready and waiting when I arrived back in the UK. Would have been nice to get a clean car back though as don't like cobwebs! Value for money, easy to book and speedy reservation! "

"For drop off we arrived and their man was there and came straight over to us. For collection this was all great, we called when collecting our bags. By the time we got to the collection point we then did have to wait 5 minutes, but it had only taken us 5 minutes to get from baggage reclaim to the collection point (this was Terminal 4). Maybe other terminals have a slightly longer distance between baggage reclaim and the collection point. This was great for us as we had kids and meant we didn't have to bus to / from parking (especially for the return which was late at night and the kids were fractious). Would use again."

"Called when I was 30 mins away from Heathrow, arrived at exactly 0844, they took half an hour to get to me saying their was problems entering the airport, I had no problems entering the airport. The staff were however very apologetic. Return again I called them when collecting bags, took them 25 mins to bring me the vehicle. Staff again said problems entering the airport although as I drove out I could not see any problems that would cause them to be so late. I use meet and greet parking at least 4 times a year because it is quick and easy, this was by far the worst."

"First of all I was late getting to LHR only to be moaned at by the guy on the phone. I then left the baby seat in the car as I felt pressured when I dropped the car off I rang and they returned the car seat to me but with a £25 charge. I was delayed upon arrival and had to wait over an hour for my car to arrive. The guys were not in suits as described There was excessive mileage on the car upon return. Overall I am very upset on how the whole situation was dealt with and how the telephone manor was so aggressive."

"The arrival was great and I really appreciate the call beforehand which gives me re-assurance that you are aware I'm on my way. When I arrived the guy was waiting. All good as the previous time I used you I had to wait 15 minutes in spite of calling 30 minutes before arrival as instructed so this was an improvement. On the return I called at 10:47 saying I was on my way to |:Level 4. I was told you were expecting me at 11:15. I then waited in the car park until 11:35 when my car finally arrived a full 45 minutes after I had called. Not good. I quickly checked over the car and found I had a damaged alloy. This was not on the reported damage sheet. I raised this with your driver (manager) and he agreed with me and said he would talk to the owners and get back to me with an email about how it was going to be sorted. I'm still waiting for that contact. "

"Polite and courteous, car arrived promptly on my return to UK, good value for money. Only slight complaint was that it's not clear on arrivals that you need to go to the meet and great area (even though this is off site) on Level 4 of the short stay, this is a separate entrance - this is down to Heathrow T5 signposts, and is not a reflection on the service given by this company. Will definitely use again."
