Driver arrived several minuets after us to collect car,which left us a simple walk across the road into terminal 4. on our return, the car was returned with in minuets of our exit from the terminal. Both drivers were smartly dressed and polite. A pleasure to deal with these days Will definitely use this service again."

"The only problem was the arrival & departure process. On arrival we followed the instructions to keep right up the ramp but ended up in the lower car park (levels 1-3) not level 4. We ended up exiting the car park the first time for £3.80, before trying again and still ended up on level 3. The chauffeur helped a lot by coming down to meet us. On departure we called after picking up our bags and were told it would be 10mins. It was nearer 25mins. However having said that overall it was a very good service I would recommend."

"Good service, friendly staff and no problems at drop off or pick-up. The only downside is the mileage which is about 35 miles each time but if you're not bothered about that, it's the cheap, reliable and convenient. Saves a lot more time and money than using the long-stay car park."

"I was a little sceptical about the cheap cost and what you will get for your money. The reviews looked good so I booked and how good is this service?! Everything went to plan and when I phoned from baggage collection on return, as instructed, it was 5 minutes. The car was waiting for me when I got to Level 4. FABULOUS."

"Really easy to communicate with the attendant, he was very helpful with directions and very professional as I'm not great with instructions;). He was very polite and a great help, will definitely use this service if I'm flying from the same airport. Highly recommended."

"This is the second time I have used their service and I cannot fault the staff at all. The whole process is very easy. My only gripe, is that I made an error in booking (it was an overnight flight and I got the wrong return date by 1 day). I accept this is my error, but the surcharge to change this I feel is far out of proportion for the 5 minutes work it took to change the booking. With the surcharge, it was a close run thing if a taxi would have been cheaper."

"I have arrived at 5:30pm on12/9/17 hearhrew airport london Out side the airport at 6:00pm My booking is up to 6:30 pm To be honest I have lost my sim card and this obviously can happen to any customer I have tried to contact your office through information office london and there was useless and hopeless answer machine To summarise I have the worst experience with meet and greet through your company I will spread my experience through watsup,twitter and snapshots and Facebook I manage to get my car through the subcontractor staff of meet and greet in the airport at 9:15pm I will not recommend meet and greet to any body till they get well prepared and organised for all circumstances!!"

"Excellent service, husband left rucksack in car on departure, we phoned to try to get it back to us and the young driver duly came back to Heathrow and met us outside departures with the rucksack. The driver got all our luggage out of the car and there were 4 large cases and cabin luggage. On return he remembered us or at least the luggage and when loading the car asked where the rest of our luggage was. We'd left 2 cases in India. The driver was friendly and very helpful. Well done, we will be back. Thank you."

"So easy drop off point a few yards from terminal, unfortunately flight delayed so had to wait 30 minutes for car to be returned as shortage of drivers"

"All went very smoothly, they even phoned in advance to see how far we were away. Just be cautious of taking the wrong lane in the car park. Go for the meet and great lane. But apart from that excellent service."
