"Very easy and simple we had to wait for pick up due to us being stuck in traffic and the pick up driver. Perhaps advise people on the booking site that pick up and drop of can be between 10 to 20 minutes (which for the cost is very reasonable)."

"They gave me a call to find out where I was as I was running late due to traffic, As requested, I called them 15 minutes before my arrival and they were there waiting, which I was pleased about as I was worried about missing my flight. On the return the car was waiting almost immediately as I arrived to collect. Staff very courteous. Would definitely recommend. "

"This is the first time i have used meet and greet and it was so easy and hassle free. The value for money was excellent i have previously paid similar amounts to park in a heathrow long stay carpark and had to catch a 15 minute bus to get to the terminal with 3 children and 5 suitcases which was a nightmare. The staff were execellent they came early as we arrived early to park and were super friendly. Would definitely recommend. "

"I have used this company three times now and have never had any complaints whatsoever. I only wish I had found this company before as I am a frequent flyer and usually had the hassle of waiting around for a bus to and from the airport in some long term car park. I also used to hire a car to go to the airport and then hire one on my return. This is much simpler you simply phone 15 mins before arriving and they are waiting for you and phone when picking up your baggage on your return home. Excellent service at a very affordable price. "

"The young man who picked up and dropped off our car was so polite and friendly. Met us at the terminal rather then in the car park which was such a help. Minimum waiting time for the car to be picked up and dropped back to us. Would definitely recommend and would definitely be using them again."

"Hi guys Thank you for looking after my car whilst I was away. There were a couple of hitches with the service but your staff were both very polite and patient. First mistake your guy went to wrong terminal on drop off day but we had plenty of time so not really an issue. On day of arrival I suggest rewording your pick up procedure to simply say....Please call us for pick up instructions on the day..... Then when the passenger speaks to the driver dropping of the car I suggest that the driver delivering the car back to the passengers makes himself or herself clear, ie do not go inside the carpark but meet at passenger drop off this avoids a car park ticket....You see I was under the impression he meant the car park.... I have to say though where your guy met us and we eventually found him was by far a much better place to be met ......but when talking with the guy on the phone he said to collect the car where we had dropped of the car which was departures carpark. But he meant departure drop off and not inside the carpark and I misunderstood him. I will recommend your services and will be using you again Kind regards Sharon"
