"The whole experience was tainted by a very late return of my vehicle on arrival. Although bad traffic was blamed I don't think my return was expected. Anyway very frustrating and you offered compensation which I think should be free parking next time I come to LHR. As it happens I am due back on 1 April, I will be prepared to use you again if I am compensated for the very big inconvenience this time. Rob Thompson"
