"This is the second time I have used their service and I cannot fault the staff at all. The whole process is very easy. My only gripe, is that I made an error in booking (it was an overnight flight and I got the wrong return date by 1 day). I accept this is my error, but the surcharge to change this I feel is far out of proportion for the 5 minutes work it took to change the booking. With the surcharge, it was a close run thing if a taxi would have been cheaper."
