"Excellent service and good value. My only complaint is that I was told to call when I landed. I called from the plane when we were stationary and people were getting off. It took me longer than 20 minuted to get to the car park and I had to pay extra to get out of the car park. I think you should highlight this to clients as they should not phone until they get through passport control. This was not made clear to me."

"The only way I can fault the service was that once I had my car back I had no idea how to exit the car park to head for the M4 westbound. I ended up going down a helter skelter with no signage (but as it was heading downwards I assumed it to be the way out). After ending up at a roundabout for the M25 I had to head back towards Heathrow in order to get where I needed to be. Not what I needed after a very stressful journey home!"

"All worked well and I would recommend. Staff I spoke to were very helpful particularly the man who waited in the car park for me on arrival. I had misheard the directions given over the phone and thought I had to go to Row F - it should have been Row S - but the driver was very patient and came to find me. It was confusing getting to the right bit of the T5 car park but that wasn't the car parking firm's fault. They phoned me whilst I was driving to Heathrow which was great except I was on my own so couldn't answer the phone and had to pull over into the Reading Services to phone them back. On arrival back in the UK, delivery of the car was good - I only waited about 5 mins in the car park and again, the driver was friendly and helpful. "
