"Unfortunately, upon getting the car back, two warning lights appeared on the dash. These were not on when we left the car in their care. After a red-eye flight from the US, I had to go to the dealer for diagnostics to discover that the hybrid battery had died and would cost £1-2k to replace. The mechanics stated that while this could have happened anyway; it also could have come about by the car being left improperly and needing to be jumpstarted, or even excessively poor driving. It's hard to say whether or not this would have happened to us had we not left the car with them, but it definitely happened while with them, and I won't take the chance to park with them again as it was an exceedingly expensive mistake.
