"On arrival, no spaces in the Row A. Had to drive around, found parking eventually. We were told someone would be waiting but we had to go to the desk. Advised to change collect to 20:30. We called at the correct time (collected bags) and then we ended up waiting for 35 mins to collect. When the car arrived, the drivers side was muddy. I mentioned this to the driver and all he said was "it's been raining". The customer service was poor and we ended up waiting around longer than the time it would have taken to get on a bus and do the self park so defeats the object. This is not really a meet and great. It's a drop off. It shouldn't be advertised in the meet and greet section. "

"Was disappointed that my driver's window, which was obviously broken and taped closed when I dropped off the car, was forced open, the tape snapped and the window knocked off the track. It was obviously damaged when returned to me (the window had slid down and forward leaving a 3 inch hole at the top and a 2 inch gap at the back) but the driver still neglected to mention or admit having forced it open. It made for a wet, windy and noisy drive home. Also, the heating was set to full and the car was horribly hot and stifling. For the short drive from the lot to the terminal, drivers should not mess with the temperature unless it is absolutely necessary because of frost on the windows."

"Not happy at all that the car had been driven 16 miles but used 120 miles of the range of fuel! So blatantly been driven excessively hard to use so much fuel compared to the actual distance travelled."
