"The system works, but on arrival I was told to look for a man with a black jacket on - there were several companies - all wore black jackets!!! I found it a little confusing and as a wheelchair user ended up wheeling around (with my ruck sack on my lap) until I found where I should be. The disabled parking bays were hidden by hoards of people trying to find their 'man in a black jacket'!!! The area could do with some sign posting and maybe some 'hi vis' bibs for each company in different colours... "

"We found that parking at Heathrow could not have been easier. the staff were friendly and efficient and the cost was excellent."

"Good price and generally good staff communication, only two issues the first is having to wait after arriving at the pick up point for 10/15 minutes, this is after phoning after baggage claim as instructed. The second issue was the state of the car floor the carpets were dirty with mud and grit obviously the drivers shoes being full of mud etc (why not use paper floor covers as most garages do). Other than these two issues then no problems. "

"The service is good. There is someone to greet you and my car was there when I arrived. The only complaint I have is that I specifically asked them not to touch my car radio because it doesn't work properly and I didn't want to lose the station it was on. I arrived back at my car to find that it had been touched, the station changed and I can't get it back. If not for that I would said it's a very good service"
