"Well I expect it was my fault, but on arrival I went to the meet and greet on the lower floor, so I had to go out again and had to pay to get out of the carpark of the short stay, what I should of done was gone in to the drop off area, apart from that service was once again excellent."

"Quote was one of the cheapest, which gave me doubts it would be too good to be true. Entirely unfounded. Having never used a meet&greet service before, now fully converted and can't recommend it enough. Drop off and collection simple and quick. Communication was easy. Car was returned in the same condition as left. Whole experience made travelling with two small children and an elderly person, straight forward and a little less stressful. "

"On arrival at Heathrow a phone call was made by Roger Comer that he had landed and that to expect him soon to collect the car. At the collection point the car was not there and the staff there were very unhelpful and the person on the telephone was very rude. It took 50 minutes for Roger's car to be delivered to him!!!"
