"Instructions for arrival really clear and helpful. First time flying from Heathrow so that was really helpful. Wasn’t explained that we needed to go to Blue Circle desk on arrival so that might be helpful to add as I had to call someone to be told. Wait on return quite a while when returning from a transatlantic flight but we were aware of that and everything went really smoothly so satisfied with the whole service. "

"The desk was manned on my arrival and process leaving car quick. On arrival the car was ready and parked ready for me (for which I was very grateful as it was nearly midnight and I had an hour's drive ahead of me). Very good value. "

"I have always used simply park — however on this occasion they were horrendous - nobody there to meet and collect the car — and on return they had the day wrong (all the paperwork was correct ) - so I had to wait nearly an hour "

"It was a very efficient service and instructions easy to follow. When we returned to the airport the phone was answered quickly and car there when we got to Level 4, with all paperwork ready. Only one wrong instruction which was to go to Level 2 not 4 but same level as you drop off so just went there."

"On return to Heathrow T5 NONE of the 3 telephone numbers given to us to call were answered for a period of at least 15 minutes. We returned to the Executive Parking desk on level 4 of the Short Term Car Park to be told ‘they did not know exactly where our vehicle was at that time’. After a number of phone calls we were told it would be delivered in 20 minutes. We were delayed by approximately 35 minutes from the time we first tried to call, after collecting our luggage and clearing customs. This is not an acceptable service and consequently wish to claim a MINIMUM of 50% of the total parking charges paid."

"The instruction for finding the T5 meet and greet are unclear. They indicated that I should be in the left lane on the ramp to T5 so I ended up in a drop off zone and picked up a fine. The instructions should clearly state stay right and then move to the left once the car park entrance has been reached. "
